Yahya has got
his law degree from University of Hargeisa. He has been an advocate for the
last two years. He is an expert in litigation, consultancy, taxation, and legal
audit. He is a Commissioner of Oaths base in Hargeisa. He has been in active
practice since his admission to the Bar. He worked as legal consultant at
INTEGRO CONSULTING. He has vast training in negotiation, drafting and
management of the contract.
